To promote the romance books I would create a nice eye catching display with different romance books along with a flyer inviting patrons to come to a romance book talk. At the book talk there will be refreshments served and all participating patrons will be allotted 15 minutes to share the book that they read. If they would like to share more than one book they would have to wait until all others are done and if time permits they may do so. Along with the flyer there will be book mark available for patrons to take with suggested titles for patrons that just don’t know what to read. The display along with the book mark will offer good reads. If a patron spots a book that they would like to read, they are allowed to check the book out. As patrons share the titles that they have read hopefully it will entice other patrons to want to check out that book or read other by the books by that same author.
